The story revolves around a dying father and his son, who is trying to learn more about his dad by piecing together the stories he has gathered over the years. The son winds up re-creating his father's elusive life in a series of legends and myths inspired by the few facts he knows. Through these tales, the son begins to understand his father's great feats and his great failings.

Let me begin by saying that Tim Burton is always a great art director / production designer. His films always carry that strange, unconventional images that please the fans to no end. Unfortunately, it is always to blame for the choice of weak scripts for their projects. John August, the implementation of the factory dash for Big Fish is far from satisfactory due to the shallow story and weak characterization. Most of the characters involved are too flat or too willfully weird to the viewer to relate to. Big Fish introduced us to Ed Bloom, a man who tells some incredibly amazing stories. But these stories do not seem to have no episodic point other than just to look Burton visual style and twisted imagination. I failed to see young and old Bloom as inspiration or even enjoyable, and it came out not as annoying. Old Bloom drone on for hours, talking nonsense. Bloom was a young Dolto egocentric, always had what I wanted. His son, Will, had every reason to resent his father, but even he went out like an idiot sometimes. On the plus side, the Big Fish Adventure gives good results in the acting department, though McGregor's southern accent is not very convincing. Overall, a poor effort.

If you ever met a single person or by force as he told stories up, just think again. He has just given you a wonderful moment that can be appreciated for their entire lives. He has made for a dull moment and brighter colors. The Big Fish Adventure movie is simple but fantastic in its content and delivery. The many relationships in a family also has been shown. The relationship between father and son highlighted sheerly because of the depth of characterization. If you want to be taken into a roller coaster of Passion, Love, Adventure, Friendship, Fantasy, and the relationship, then buy a ticket for the journey itself. If you do not know what you lose if it has not been a roller coaster before.

This is more a poem than a film. I have not dared to read the comments of other people, because I want these comments to the mine, which means of course that allows me to repeat the obvious. Is there a touch of Mark Twain's stories here? This is a fairy tale in a modern environment, with an explanation of how the original fairy tales came to life? There are so many elements and levels, but a real slow burner (which has a lot of people). A father-son movie, my son was little cuddle in my lap when we saw this, which became more significant. It is a DVD movie Big Fish where nothing really happens (or not?), Because the end is a Big Fish film about life and the ordinary man in an attempt to escape it.If you do not like this movie, please give it another chance!
