One day, Horton the elephant hears a cry from help coming from a speck of dust. Even though he can't see anyone on the speck, he decides to help it. As it turns out, the speck of dust is home to the Whos, who live in their city of Whoville. Horton agrees to help protect the Whos and their home, but this gives him nothing but torment from his neighbors, who refuse to believe that anything could survive on the speck. Still, Horton stands by the motto that, 'After all, a person is a person, no matter how small.'

In the jungle of Nool, Horton the elephant hears a voice in one spot, but used a shamrock to rescue the speck of dust makes contact with the Mayor of Whoville. Horton discovers that in that little spot is a city full of people and he decides to leave Whoville in a safe place. However, the evil Kangaroo does not believe in his words and Horton considered dangerous for the children of Nool, making them believe in what they can not see, hear or feel, and encourages the animals against Horton. As "a person is a person no matter how small," "Horton Hears a Who!" is a lesson and respect the rights of minorities through hilarious situations. I will leave the analysis over the other commentators, and say that whoever makes the delicious radiant sky-blue lighting should be an important part in the company. So beautiful. and subtle colors, for example, a change in the composition as-all-shiny-as-possible that the school seems to be the only option for most of the time. the animation of models was also wonderful, total slapstick.
