| The DivX Movie Interview with the Vampire: The Vampire Chronicles is visually very fair: beautiful costumes, beautiful actors, etc. What is more, it is acting very well, especially Tom Cruise (I must admit that, although not like him). The plot is original and some people would like. Not me. I just do not find the story interesting, it makes no sense to me: the fact that there are vampires and drink human blood - I could accept that, although reluctantly, whether it led to some conclusions, answers some tough questions, or its simple as that, it's interesting. But no. It's just another face unnecessary "film about nothing." (Sorry for language mistakes, in fact, I do not speak English very well, - /) |
| Interview with the Vampire is the best vampire Interview with the Vampire: The Vampire Chronicles movie ever made. It is a good adaptation (not bad saying nice because the books are always better than movies) and a Interview with the Vampire: The Vampire Chronicles Drama movie of great success. It is almost impossible to make a good DivX Movie Interview with the Vampire: The Vampire Chronicles with many famous actors, but in this film, mission accomplished. Brad Pitt is in a good performance as always, Antonio Banderas and Tom Cruise was good was very good. No doubt a very good Lestat. And for those who have not read the book - the movie: Interview with the Vampire: The Vampire Chronicles is perfect for them too because it is a very decent vampire film: Interview with the Vampire: The Vampire Chronicles without the constant fighting fool. It describes how vampires feel and think about life and existence. This is life after death and all. I strongly recommend this Interview with the Vampire: The Vampire Chronicles film to everyone. |
| Not having read the novel by Anne Rice, I went into the Interview with the Vampire: The Vampire Chronicles Drama film knowing only the comments of the movie. I LOVED it. Tom Cruise, typecast as a pretty boy, playing against type as the villainous, yet pleasant, Lestat ... and what an extraordinary performance. Brad Pitt, fresh off his debut in "Thelma and Louise," is excellent as Louis. Stephen Rea as Santiago was pure evil. Antonio Banderas is an excellent counter-part to Lestat and Louis Armand as a mentor, owner Theater vampires. Kirsten Dunst in one of his early films, like Claudia truly angelical. Christian Slater, brought to replace the late River Phoenix (who had been cast originally, but died of a drug overdose before his party could be filmed), is credible as the interviewer. Great movie. Tom Cruise steals the movie, but on screen for less than half of the film's runtime. Brad Pitt, Kirsten Dunst, Stephen Rea, Antonio Banderas and Christian Slater will also carry the film. Well done period / vampire movie. SPOILER ALERT! If you do not mind seeing vampires biting people's neck, the neck being broken, throats slit, cut in half the body, the blood being sucked and brief, but necessary, nudity (as Claudia said: "I want to be like her "and then in the Theater of Vampires), this is the DVD movie Interview with the Vampire: The Vampire Chronicles for you.
