This movie: Hocus Pocus is funny, scary, but warm and human at once. It emphasizes the value of families working together to help each other and not to create confusing messages about good and evil. It is a fast-paced comedy that does not trivialize the characters. Bette Midler's version of "I Put a Spell on You" shows the depth of his talent as a singer / stage performer. The divine Ms. Bette has great chemistry with Kathy Naijimy (how to get your mouth to do that?) And Sarah Jessica Parker (Amok, Amok, Amok). While the fear factor of corpses and death may not be appropriate for very young children, the Hocus Pocus film is a lot of fun for the whole family.

First, anyone watching this DivX Movie Hocus Pocus has to remember that it is geared towards children. You can not have expectations that there is a deeper meaning related to this movie, or it will be another comedy with Bette Midler R-rated humor. If that is what you want, see "Ruthless People." This Hocus Pocus movie is funny and nice. That's it. If I was a child of 10 years, I love this movie. It's a family Hocus Pocus Fantasy film and that nobody should expect anything more. Second, Bette Midler and Kathy Najimy wonderfully funny and clever dim-Sarah Jessica Parker ...... so ENJOY!
