A member of a rich British aristocratic family, Lara Croft is a 'tomb raider' who enjoys collecting ancient artifacts from ruins of temples, cities, etc. worldwide, and doesn't mind going through death-defying dangers to get them. She is skilled in hand-to-hand combat, weapons training, and foreign languages - and does them all in tight outfits. Well, the planets of the solar system are going into planetary alignment (Which occurs every 5,000 years), and a secret society called the Illuminati is seeking an ancient talisman that gives its possessor the ability to control time. However, they need a certain clock/key to help them in their search, and they have to find the talisman in one week or wait until the next planetary alignment to find it again. Lara happens to find that key hidden in a wall of her mansion. The Illuminati steal it, and Lara gets an old letter from her deceased father telling her about the society's agenda (Her father was also the one who hid the key). Now, she must retrieve the key and find and destroy the talisman before the Illuminati can get their hands on it.

I could not believe what this DivX film Lara Croft: Tomb Raider was great! I mean, I thought to see in theaters, but never had a chance. I really wish that I did. I like watching movies with only one or two major stars in it, and the rest of the cast as a virtual body (no offense). Angelina Jolie was fantastic! She was the only option to play Lara Croft. The other performances that I liked by Noah Taylor (Bryce) and Daniel Craig (Alex). I also liked the performance of Daniel Craig in Elizabeth, but was small. This is a totally enjoyable Lara Croft: Tomb Raider movie for fans of action films, Angelina Jolie, or both ....

The Lara Croft: Tomb Raider Adventure film was fun and adventurous, and that is more or less where it ends. What can I say, my favorite character in this movie: Lara Croft: Tomb Raider was the foreman. I've seen better performances Jolie is Girl Interrupted, but this Lara Croft: Tomb Raider Adventure film felt like she was the actress playing elsewhere rather than part, I hope not to let all the treasures that come into your head. I hope the sequel will be much more interesting.

Never liked the games - but I thought I would give the DivX film Lara Croft: Tomb Raider a try. Everything was a bit flat and lifeless. Some good set pieces and FX - but strangly empty. Angie seemed good - forget the rest of the cast. Its been a lot better before (Raiders, The Mummy, etc.). Greater digitally 6 / 10

This was a movie: Lara Croft: Tomb Raider that had the atmosphere that Indiana Jones. Their rightful place with a woman who had to use a D-cup for the animated-boob affect. Now that I look back on the Lara Croft: Tomb Raider movie can not even remember what it is. I just know that Angelina Jolie and her father participated in it. It's cool with the father-daughter plot in front but I felt that Jolie is not allowed to shine because it is hard. She is the reason, obviously, to see, but his talent has been wasted. I hope that its use more efficiently in the aftermath. Cause of this DVD film Lara Croft: Tomb Raider is easily forgettable.
