| You can not help but Crowe gleeful as the image of a nano-robot schizophrenic serial murderer in this ridiculous film, futurist and fascists, pervey programmers and a bucket load of virtual reality cyber absurd, this should be a winner The style of the man or the demolition of the Robocop series. However, when other films in the genre have used instruments such as the genius and the plot to keep the most intelligent viewers fun, this film, um, has not. The script is terrible. The acting (with the exception of Crowe, who just runs away with it thanks to a camp some lucky smile and address) is made of wood. And the plot is illogical and frustrating. |
| My impression from this movie: Virtuosity can be marred by the fact that I saw ten years ago and I was pretty crazy at that time. I thought it was an intriguing, a masterpiece of style psychological thriller. Russell Crowe does a brilliant job as SIDs 6.7 essentially consolidating their prowess in morphing into multiple personalities of the camera. No wonder so sought these days. Although DIM is manic, he said that to the extent that only want to see what we will do then. The symphony was brilliantly psychotic screams. DIM threat makes it absolutely hate it or love for his astute wrong. Denzel Washington does a solid job as otherwise provided in the IMD. He is a cop trying to get back discredited his good name. Stevenofuture repeatedly that it becomes memorable scenes when DIM is less focus on its own. The end is predictable but fun, and well worth it to stick around. If you ever wanted to root for the antagonist, is the Virtuosity Sci-Fi for you. |
| Although I, however, that "righteousness" was very similar to "Escape from New York" and "Terminator 2: Judgment Day," we find it very entertaining. WARNING! SPOILERS AHEAD! The concept of Parker Barnes (Denzel Washington) with a capsule designed to release nerve toxin to kill him if he tried to escape seemed similar to the situation in "Escape from New York, where Kurt Russell had planted explosives in the main arteries. I, however, that the character of Russell Crowe (Sid 6.7) is clearly based on the concept introduced in "Terminator 2", as can be regenerated and all that. But I thought the opening sequence (VR) was very smart and do the special effects were very well done. I got a little lost when he ventured back into VR (a sort of alternate ending, I suppose), but soon picked up from there and enjoyed the movie: Virtuosity very much. While the concept was a little thin, Russell Crowe and Denzel Washington rescued the Virtuosity Sci-Fi with their performances. |
| For the most part, "righteousness" is basically a virtual reality movie: Virtuosity so full of action that almost hurts. But curiously, there is a bit of a plot here. Denzel Washington plays Lt. Parker Barnes, who has to help find SID 6.7 (Russell Crowe), a virtual serial murderer who has escaped into the real world in 1999 Louisiana. Yes, certainly sounds like it could degenerate into the kind of trash that usually results from Hollywood. Much of the Virtuosity Sci-Fi film is, indeed, vaguely reminiscent of films such as "Demolition Man". But perhaps we can interpret the Virtuosity Sci-Fi movie as the search on the dangers of letting technology too powerful, like what "2001: A Space Odyssey" looked. Obviously, this is not even remotely in the same league as one, but since it was launched in 1995, almost seems a prediction of how computer-centered world would become. It is not a masterpiece by any stretch - Crowe and Washington have done the work much better (and now are the two Oscar winners) - but it's worth seeing, if only once. |

Undoubtedly some pique an interest in particular, more attractive women in black lace underwear creating a cyber game. And for the ladies, I guess Russell Crowe seen from the back, so to speak, could have no clothes its positives. But when it comes down to the final, we have obtained the majority is Denzel Washington (in one of its worst actions) chasing after Crowe and using what is now only seven years later, seems rather primitive computer generated effects. It is not without redeeming value, it's just another action Virtuosity Sci-Fi film good going through all kinds of heavy breathing to catch up with the bad. In this case, the downside is very bad and plays with gleeful menace for Crowe. Half is in the range of films, only which is the setting aside of like Star Trek (I holodeck) moments if you do not know if it is real or cyberspace. |
