| I've never been a big fan of Werner Herzog films, Atter seeing this may just go back to revise some of its other. This is basically a true story, is an excellent Christian Bale as a young naval pilot shot down in Laos in 1965, captured, tortured, etc. 2 pilots and other outside the prison camp. Steve Zahn and Jeremy Davies are the other 2 pilots, and they are also excellent. This was filmed on location in Thailand (Laos is the next country on the map). The 3 actors and director of weight loss as the experience of people with experience in real life. The DivX Movie Rescue Dawn is very intense and heartbreaking stains, My only complaint is the editing, I felt the last 45 minutes could have been reduced to around 30.
