| Who else but Danny DeVito might have a sweet little old woman and seriously fun to make a sweet little old lady from hell DVD movie Duplex that reminded me a lot of Home Alone? Hmmm? Drew Barrymore, as sweet as ever, is sugar and spice and ready for some down to earth with murder, while the Ben Stiller very mad, like the twisted offspring of Jerry Seinfeld and Chevy Chase, slam dunks very close of its own demise. Hey, friends, a duplex is very funny and entertaining piece of madness of one of my favorite people insane, Danny DeVito. If you must have "film" to be satisfied or you have no room in his heart for nonsense, then you might want to skip this. Otherwise, drop in the DVD and the seat belt. Duplex is ready for takeoff. |

I mean - not the funniest Duplex Comedy ever or the best DivX Movie Duplex of either of these, but very funny. And once a Duplex Comedy film with an ending that is not totally predictable! Of course, if you do not accept and embrace these two events will be inevitable after the fight against the Duplex Comedy movie all the way, trying to do something that is not. Get over it. It is a superficial comedy. Has gross out gags and penis jokes. Turn off the CD Self-help for five minutes and leave at once. They laugh at the scene vomiting. Forward. Laugh dammit! | I was expecting a bad Duplex Comedy movie based on other studies, but was OK Duplex. Mainly because, Ms. Connelly, the old woman in the upstairs was so annoying, it is not surprising that the couple decided to go down to great lengths to get rid of it. Alex and Nancy, but should have known something was with Ms. Connelly when she was still nice for them after she went to police alleging that they were "bothered her." Also, if you just put your feet and said they were too busy to help with their errands, which would have ended a lot of it. Alex and Nancy try to get his license for themselves, but when it does not work, to hire a man beaten, and the old lady is ready for him. However, the last scene is great because we find that it was mounting an all along. And you have no sympathy for her in the end, as a matter of fact, feel sorry for Alex and Nancy. FINAL VERDICT: It is a black comedy, so it's not funny to laugh out loud. However, it is entertaining to some amusing situations. If you love movies like this, I recommend it. |
| Hello, this is a modern kind of throw-back to the Screwball comedies of the 60s, I think, unless I can not think of any DivX Movie Duplex that Doris Day barfed on Rock Hudson, and shot him in the Willy. Times have changed. A young couple (Drew Barrymore and Ben Stiller), buy an apartment in Brooklyn and find out who has a tenant, a sweet old lady. Sometimes. More often, collusion, manipulation, and especially maddening. How do I rate comedies generally depends on whether or not I laugh out loud while watching myself, and I did laugh a number of times of this, so it's a good sign. In any case, after a long string of incidents, many of which are hilarious, this beautiful young couple decided that they need to do on your tenant. Easier said than done, of course. I would not say that Drew Barrymore is the best actress in the world, but Ben Stiller, who played the old are just great, and I found that this is very funny. | From the twisted mind of Danny DeVito comes this story in the style of "The War of the Roses." Here, a beautiful young NY finally find their dream home only to discover that they have built in a tenant. Not exactly what you were looking for but can not really be so bad you can? The old woman who lives above, this is a nightmare and a half. In a variety of scenarios, most humorous, and some just outright strange, beautiful partner and become owners of psycho nice old becomes the mad bat above. In the end, the shift comes as a real surprise. A fun, laugh out loud movie, this was really nice and has a clock. DeVito has made again and I can not wait to see what happens! 8 / 10 |
| I think this is a very entertaining and funny comedy of Danny DeVito, Ben Stiller and Drew Barrymore are well cast, but the real star of the movie: Duplex is Eileen Essel as the old lady. Stiller and Barrymore are a married couple to buy a duplex in Brooklyn, after discovering that a former tenant who lived above, then it begins to wreak havoc in your personal life by playing the television all night and get to make your Stiller work all day, instead of leaving to write his new book. Then it gets too much for them and they decide that the time has come to kill her. There are some very funny slapstick comedy moments in this film, especially the scene in which Stiller and Barrymore are giving the old CPR There is also a good twist at the end of the film. Danny De Vito decides to narrate the beginning and end of the story, usually a good bit of comedy with good comic performances by the main cast, some jokes and a good script, 8 / 10 |
