| Along with "Porky's" First sometimes ... " is one of the stupid comments on American teenagers full of hormones. It is more politically incorrect that today the majority of teenage comedies (like "Road Trip" or "American Pie", unless it was 24 years ago. A good soundtrack full of rock and MTV's 80 loads of hilarious sequences (most of them by Sean Penn and its dumb surfer). | Adolescents start becoming more aware of sex, relationships and the need to make extra money on this stretch of high school life story. A Fast Times at Ridgemont High Romance that probably will not do any justice for me or better reviewer for the simple reason that much of what is happening has been done many times since. But I still believe that this is the best melodrama surrounding the school and still makes me laugh with their truths and a clever line. ( "Do you want romance, we can not even have cable TV!") Sean Penn is a standout as the stoned surfer who, unfortunately, lives far from the sea. I do not think any teacher has time to go around someone's home (as here) to continue the classes, but it is a fun place! What is presented here was taken as a model for other films that tried to promote sex, comedy or drama - but this Fast Times at Ridgemont High Romance movie is a lesson in balance and stepping lightly others lost. Nothing is too big an agreement - not even the abortion. Fast Times was fun when I saw him twenty years ago and today is still fun. It is true that many of the players came to do more and better job, so it's great to see that even when they had their front teeth and even a bit of puppy fat. This is especially true of the great Jennifer Jason Leigh - one of the finest American actresses of her generation. Not great here, just very good. |
| Fast Times at Ridgemont High is a Fast Times at Ridgemont High Romance film of quality. This is more than 20 years and has become one of those iconic films son and is very easy to see why. Has everything you would expect, bad hair, bad clothes, bad music, adolescent awkwardness ... all the cliches and stereotypes that we have seen basically repeated in every teenage movie: Fast Times at Ridgemont High ever since. And Sean Penn has to play a surfer Stoner. Sean. Penn. I'm pretty sure that this DVD film Fast Times at Ridgemont High is fun, because now only Sean Penn has had a successful career as a dramatic actor, and played well the last surfer dude. The rancor between him and Mr. Hand (Ray Walston) is great and probably the best (or at least entertaining) moments in the film. However, Fast Times is fun. Perhaps because the date, cheesy and cliché, but it still does the job and is entertaining. |

Bullets with a fine ensemble and in particular from Leigh stars (that's never been so innocent) and Penn as stoned surfer Jeff Spicoli ( "People on ludes should not drive!" | Almost 22 years after his release - this DVD movie Fast Times at Ridgemont High is not yet very well. Amy Heckerling gave us another blow to the 90 - Clueless - so there is no doubt that this has become a cult classic. This movie: Fast Times at Ridgemont High is a film: Fast Times at Ridgemont High of high school on the development of adolescents, although in 80 years, contained all the elements that a Fast Times at Ridgemont High Romance would horny teen - topless women, pot smoking, masturbation, traps in examinations, losing virginity and all that sex talk, and quite obviously teen pregnancy!
